Hi, I'm Christina

I live in Elmer Sands, Bognor Regis with my partner and daughter. We’re lucky to be just five minutes from the beach, with woods and fields behind our home — an ideal setting for long walks with our three dogs. I enjoy sea swimming and running whenever I can; staying active has always been an important part of my life.

My interest in natural ways to support health and wellbeing began over 20 years ago and led me into the world of complementary therapies. Essential oils were my first passion. I’ve always been fascinated by how pure, plant‑based oils can support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Today, I create a wide range of aromatherapy products, available through my eBay and Etsy shops and my website.

I am a qualified Aromatherapist and Reflexologist, and I also offer Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Hopi Ear Candling. While I still run a small clinic, my main focus is now on teaching and product creation.

Sixteen years ago, I founded Aromalyne Training, offering courses in Aromatherapy, Product Making, and Indian Head Massage. I later established the Christina Lyne School of Reflexology, which provides the Professional Reflexology Practitioner Diploma.

Teaching is one of the greatest joys of my work — watching students grow from feeling nervous on their first day to becoming confident, skilled therapists ready to support others’ wellbeing is truly inspiring.
